Privacy Policy

We provide the following privacy statement to help you understand how we collect, use and disclose information while you use Colorkey products. Protecting your personal information is core to our mission at Shenzhen HAWK Internet Ltd., and this statement will be updated as our products upgrade. Information Collection Usage
Our products and services will not actively gather any personal data, except for information you submit to us while creating an account, reporting crash feedbacks or participating in our online surveys.

All information is limited to the usage of refining our products, enhancing user experience, and improving our services and working efficiency. We will not match users’ data to other personal information nor store the data, meanwhile all data are encrypted and anonymized.

For the sake of better user experience and product optimization, on the premise of your authorization confirmation, we may collect the following information:

1.Data usage
Data usage include information users input, function statistics, frequencies and habits. Those data can assist us in finding out which functions and contents are in your favor and which are not, thus helping us to upgrade our products to suit your needs. Access to all data is restricted except for professional data analysts inside our office.

2.Language model
A wide range of linguistic supports are provided. To bring our automatic correction and association functions to the fullest extent, we need to keep your frequently used vocabulary in local encrypted storage, which makes your typing faster. If you authorize you data to us, we will sync-upload the data to our server to help optimize our products. In view of data usage, all data cannot be directly used, but be deleted as soon as possible after applied to optimize our language library.

3.Crash Report
While a crash occurs, we will collect the corrupted data fed back by the users, which may include journals, IP addresses, internet settings and other data. It can help us provide better quality products and services to our users. All feedback data are encrypted, with information such as device info, causes and occurrence time of the crash are available to us.

4.Contacts
If users authorize their address book to us, we will add the names and other information of their contacts to their lexicon, thus helping them type faster.

Information protection
All uploaded data will be encrypted and access to them limited. Meanwhile we will take various precaution measures, online and off-line, to safeguard your personal information from missing, embezzlement and misusage. Your data will also not be deliberately obtained, disclosed, changed nor destroyed. To ensure the safety of your personal information, we will inform all employees of our privacy protection and safety codes, which will be strictly executed inside the office.

Policy upgrade
Our privacy policies will be corrected and modified along with product upgrading and market trends. If polices concerning user personal data change, we will publish related stipulations on a conspicuous spot on our website or App. Without your explicit consent, we will not diminish your rights endorsed by this privacy policy. If the user continues to down load, install, and use our software, we take it for granted that he/she approves and accepts the revised terms.
